Website Terms of Use

Effective Date: 30 August 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the PISCON website. The website is owned and operated by Pinnex Institutional Strengthening Consulting, a Liberian management consulting corporation referred to as “PISCON,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Purpose of the Website

This website provides general information about PISCON, its services, professional experience, consulting approach, resources, programs, and methods of engagement. Website content is for general informational and business-development purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, procurement, regulatory, or other specialized professional advice.

Organizations should obtain advice tailored to their particular circumstances before acting on general website information.

3. General Inquiries

The General Inquiry form is the free first step for individuals or organizations interested in PISCON's services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a consultant-client relationship, guarantee that PISCON will accept an engagement, require the sender to purchase a service, or require PISCON to provide advice, a proposal, or a particular solution.

PISCON will review the information and, where appropriate, recommend a suitable next step.

4. Paid Consultations

A paid consultation is a separate professional service and must be specifically requested and accepted. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • A professional consultation costs US$100 for one hour;
  • Full payment is required before the scheduled consultation;
  • A consultation is confirmed only after PISCON accepts the request, issues payment instructions, receives payment, and communicates confirmation;
  • Bank, Mobile Money, transfer, or transaction charges are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed;
  • The consultation covers only the matters agreed for that session; and
  • Additional research, documents, tools, reports, or implementation support are not included unless expressly stated.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and non-attendance conditions will be communicated in the booking confirmation or invoice and will form part of the consultation terms.

5. Consulting Engagements

A website inquiry, conversation, consultation, health-check request, proposal, or quotation does not by itself create a full consulting engagement. An engagement begins only when the parties execute or formally accept an appropriate written agreement or proposal and satisfy stated commencement conditions.

The applicable agreement may address scope and deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, subcontracting, changes to scope, cancellation, termination, liability, dispute resolution, and other engagement-specific matters. If these Terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement governs the professional engagement.

6. Organizational Health Checks

Submitting an Organizational Health Check request allows PISCON to review preliminary needs and prepare an appropriate response or quotation. Fees depend on organizational size, scope, complexity, location, evidence review, interviews, travel, and required deliverables. No assessment begins until the scope, fees, confidentiality arrangements, responsibilities, and other applicable terms are agreed in writing.

7. Accuracy and Authority

You agree to provide information that is accurate, relevant, and not deliberately misleading. Where you submit information for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it and communicate with PISCON regarding the request.

You must not submit information you are unauthorized to disclose; content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights; malicious code; unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or defamatory material; or passwords, banking credentials, and unnecessary sensitive records.

8. Confidential and Sensitive Information

PISCON handles submitted information with professional discretion. Nevertheless, the public website form is for preliminary inquiries and not highly confidential or sensitive documents.

Do not transmit employee records, payroll information, investigation files, medical information, passwords, banking credentials, procurement bids, legal documents, or other sensitive material unless PISCON requests it through an approved process. Submitting information through the website does not create a nondisclosure agreement. Where formal protection is required, the parties should execute an appropriate confidentiality or engagement agreement.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

PISCON processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice and seeks to comply with Liberia's Data Protection Act, Article 16 of the Constitution of the Republic of Liberia, the ECOWAS Supplementary Act on Personal Data Protection, and other applicable requirements.

By using a form, you acknowledge that information may be processed to review and respond to your request. Consent may be withdrawn where consent is the applicable legal basis, subject to lawful retention and other applicable requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, this website and its content—including the PISCON name, logo, branding, text, graphics, service descriptions, frameworks, tools, designs, and AADIS™ Framework—are owned by or licensed to PISCON and protected by applicable Liberian and international intellectual-property laws.

You may view, download, or print limited content for personal, internal, and non-commercial reference. Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce or republish substantial content; create derivative works; use PISCON materials commercially; present PISCON's frameworks or tools as your own; remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices; suggest an unauthorized endorsement or partnership; or copy, sell, license, or distribute PISCON resources.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website to violate applicable law; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with operation or security; introduce viruses, malicious code, or automated attacks; collect information about others without authorization; impersonate another person or organization; submit fraudulent inquiries; or use website content in a misleading or unlawful manner.

PISCON may restrict access or take appropriate action where misuse is detected.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

Links to third-party websites, payment services, scheduling tools, social-media platforms, or other external resources may be provided for convenience. PISCON does not control and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, policies, or practices. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

13. Website Availability

PISCON aims to maintain an accurate, secure, and accessible website but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, immediate correction of every error, completeness or currency of all information, or freedom from every technical issue. PISCON may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website where reasonably necessary.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by Liberian law, PISCON will not be responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information without appropriate advice; unauthorized access caused by circumstances beyond PISCON's reasonable control; the conduct or availability of third-party services; or a visitor's misuse of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia. A dispute concerning the website or these Terms should first be addressed through good-faith communication. If it cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Liberia unless another written agreement provides a different process.

16. Changes to These Terms

PISCON may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, website, operations, or legal obligations. Revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

17. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
